Our shop is a family run business, which has been running successfully for more than 20 years. Beef, pork, lamb and poultry is all specially selected and sourced locally, our bacon is home dry cured, and our large selection of pies etc., plus ready meals are baked and cooked daily on the premises. We have a separate cold meat counter which contains a large selection of cold meats and salads, most of which are home made on the premises.
Our window and counter display changes daily and has over 90 products including marinades plus sauces, which come with cooking instructions and oven ready dishes for easy quick meals.
The sausage cabinet is famous nationwide after winning "the BBC Good Food Guide - Sausage of the Year" for our Pork, Apricot & Leek, it contains up to 18 different flavours on a weekend with new flavours being created regularly.
All our steaks & roasts are matured for a minimum of 3 weeks for that unique flavour & taste that only Scotch Beef can give.
Our shop staff are all well trained on different aspects of the trade & are always on hand for advice and a special warm welcome.
