Young Butcher of the Year 2006, Gary Raeburn from Forbes Raeburn and Sons in Huntly, Aberdeenshire represented Scotland at the Irish Retail Show held at City West near Dublin on Sunday 5th November 2006. The event was organised by the Associated Craft Butchers of Ireland.
