Speciality Sausages that won awards in the
Spring 2004 Make it With Meat
Awards held at the James Watt College, Greenock.

The “Awards for Excellence” event was
organised by the Scottish Federation of Meat Traders in conjunction with James
Watt College, Greenock. Don McGovern Chef Lecturer
in the Scottish Centre of Hospitality at the James Watt headed up the panel of
judges from the meat trade, catering and consumer
sectors evaluated more than 180 meat products.
