2006 SCOTTISH BEEF SAUSAGE CHAMPIONSHIP

Graeme & Richard Johnston were presented with
their prize by the Scotch Lamb Lassies, Sarah and Gillian

The winner and runners up Beef Sausages from
each regional heat held in May 2006 went forward to the Scottish Final
that was
held at the Scottish Meat Challenge on Wednesday 20th September 2006 at Lauder
College, Dunfermline.

Judging was tackled by
food specialists, meat industry enthusiasts, media representatives. They
decided the top three as follows:-
