2008 SCOTTISH SLICED SAUSAGE CHAMPIONSHIP

	Scottish Sliced Sausage Championship Sponsored by McAusland Crawford
. There were 87 entries in the first Scottish Sliced Sausage competition to be held since 1999. Five Regional winners were selected by judges at Perth College and then the five finalists were purchased over the counter by a mystery shopper and evaluated by experts from Food Innovation @ Abertay University.

Winners were announced at the SFMTA meetings in May 2008.
