2011 SCOTTISH PORK SAUSAGE CHAMPIONSHIP

Winner of the 2011 Scottish Pork Sausage Championship held in Perth on Sunday 8th May was Tom Courts Quality Meats, Cowdenbeath.

Tom won the East of Scotland title and went on to beat the rest of an entry of over 100 pork sausages from all over Scotland. The Reserve Champion in the last contest in 2009 went one betterthis time. He will be presented with his trophy by Steve Derrick of sponsors, Lucas Ingredients on Monday 9th May.
