2012 SCOTTISH BEEF SAUSAGE CHAMPIONSHIP

The South West and West of Scotland heats were judged at Braehead Cook School in Kilmarnock, South East at Capital Cooling in Broxburn, East of Scotland at the Inchture Hotel and the North of
Scotland at Inverness Caledonian Stadium.

The five regional winners will be mystery shopped and judged in a final later in the year.
