2013 SCOTTISH PORK SAUSAGE CHAMPIONSHIP

Winner of the 2013
Scottish Pork Sausage Championship held in Perth on Sunday 12th May was
the defending champion Tom
Courts Quality Meats, Cowdenbeath

The contest is held biennially but for the third time running Tom won the East of Scotland title and went on to beat the rest of an
entry of over 100 pork sausages from all over Scotland. The Reserve
Champion in the 2009 contest went one better last time and remarkable
retained his title this time. He
will be presented
with his trophy by Judith Johnston of sponsors, Lucas Ingredients on Monday
13th May.
