2014 SLICED SAUSAGE PLUS AWARDS
The evaluations organised by Scottish Craft Butchers, sought products that deviated away from the Traditional Lorne Sausage to make a square sausage with a difference. In total Scottish butchers submitted 100 sausage entries and 121 haggis products for this evaluation held in August 2014 at City of Glasgow College. All sorts of complimentary tastes were tried and those that caught the judges' eye were as follows.
