Enter figures from your accounts for year ended 31st March 2018

Enter Budget figures based on what you know from previous year and what you can expect in the next.

As the months go by enter in the actual figures. Column N will automatically revise to given new forecast each month

When figures are entered for Columns O and P
Click box top left
Press Edit and Copy
Click April Worksheet
Click top Left box
Click Edit and Paste Special, then OK
Repeat each time you have updated Monthly figures
