We are the training arm of the Scottish Craft Butchers.

What do we offer?

In Scotland we offer Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQs) in the Meat Industry and in Food and Drink.

We can provide training under the Modern Apprenticeships programs. We will help you to identify your business` training needs, and fit them to your business objectives.
