Our website www.acas.org.uk contains a lot of free resources aimed at helping small businesses without HR support to deal with employment law and employment relations. We also have publications, and lots of tools and template letters available free of charge on our website. A link to our website to access these may be useful to your members. Some common topics are: contracts, discipline and grievance, managing absence, or dealing with social media.

Our helpline is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. The helpline number is 08457 474747 and charged at a local rate from landlines. The helpline is completely confidential and open to employers or employees.
