Covid-19 Risk Assessment Toolkit
Scottish Craft Butchers have prepared and issued a covid-19 risk assessment for butchers' shops. The toolkit has been e-mailed out. They have also been and printed and posted out to members.
It is also available on the members only website. If you have not received it, please let us know.
The toolkit has been prepared with the assistance of local authority environmental health officers in central Scotland and the Scottish Food Enforcement Liaison Committee. We are very grateful for their assistance.
The local authority Environmental Health Officers are now ready to begin onsite inspections and we have been advised that priority will be given to ensuring that all businesses have a suitable covid-19 risk assessment in place. This must cover the whole shop, customer, and staff areas.
