Gary McLean, Scottish National Chef will present the Training Awards and President Tom Courts will address the members.
Members have been sent out the AGM papers on Wednesday 3 November. We hope to see as many as possible there. If you have anything you would like raised please let the office know if you are unable to attend.
Butchery Careers Project Survey
I would like you all to complete a survey which we have partnered with our friends at Scotch Butchers Club, which will take no more than 5 minutes! This survey is required as an audit of numbers we have in the Industry, male and female and numbers of apprentices, vacancies in each business. This information will be collated by QMS and will form part of an ongoing Butchery careers project which QMS are working on. Please note this is an extremely important survey for the Independent red meat sector. I am counting on your help. Please take 5 minutes out of your business and complete the survey.
Please click the link and start the survey:

Closing date for the survey completion is Sunday 7th November.
