We are a UKAS accredited microbiology laboratory with expertise in food hygiene. food testing and environmental swabbing. Additionally we run a specialist allergen testing lab. We test all allergens listed by the DIRECTIVE 2003/89/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT additionally we test for most mycotoxins using ELISA technique.
