Quite often there can be misunderstandings over what is being requested and what is the legal requirement.

If you feel that an Environmental Health Officer is asking for what might be termed 'gold plating' i.e. standards above the legal requirement or being unreasonable with interpretation of regulations we ask you to

a) get them to put their requests in writing
b) send SFMTA a copy

Hopefully we can assist reach a satisfactory outcome to the issue.
