DISTRIBUTION
CONTROL: Minimum Acceptable Standard – A system should be in place to ensure that ready to eat food is distributed at temperatures which prevent growth of pathogenic bacteria. (Compliance Example – Ready to eat food distributed at specified temperature which should not be more than 80C)
MONITORING: Minimum Acceptable Standard – On-going temperature monitoring and recording to ensure foods are delivered at appropriate temperatures. (Compliance Example – Regular temperature checks should be made at point of delivery and appropriate records kept).
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Minimum Acceptable Standard – Documented corrective action appropriate to the controls implemented by the business. Compliance Example:
 Dispose of ready to eat food if distribution temperature is exceeded.
 Re-train / re-instruct / review supervision arrangements.
 Other option(s) acceptable to the enforcement officer.
