Icertech Quality Chilled Packaging

You may already know Icertech for our insulated boxes and Easi-Chill coolants for delivery of your fresh goods in prime chilled condition, and we are now proud to reveal our latest innovative addition to the Easi-Insulated range, with our brand new Foil-Box Solution, available in three handy sizes.

Our Foil-Box Solutions are ideal if you are sending chilled food products and, when used with our coolants, will keep your goods chilled and perfectly fresh for up to 48 hours at a temperature between 0 and 8 degrees Celsius. allowing your items to arrive in excellent condition, just as you sent them.

The new Foil-Box Solution allows you to send your goods via the most economical means possible, but still gives you that highly professional finish that Icertech's products are well known for, ensuring that your customers feel their delivery has been given the very best care that it deserves.

Insulated foil packaging

The Foil-Box is made from a high quality and very durable double wall outer cardboard box, presented beautifully with our own Icertech branding. But if you have a need for large quantities of 500+ over a 3 month period, you can have your boxes printed and branded to your own specifications for the ultimate professional appearance.

The boxes are so durable that they are reusable, but when they finally do come to the end of their life, your customers will find them very easy to recycle and dispose of, leaving you safe in the knowledge that you're helping the environment.

Inside the box is a metalised polyester laminated bubblebag which can be moulded using a specially sized jig (which Icertech will supply). The jig allows you to create the perfect cube profile in the exact size to fit the outer part of the box, giving you a secure and perfect fit to cushion and chill your goods.

These foil boxes are cost effective and also have the advantage that they take up very little storage space. In fact, it is possible to transport and store as many as several hundred flat-packed foil boxes on only one pallet, allowing you to benefit from buying in bulk, while knowing that you won't be taking up space your business can't afford to lose.
