Ready to Cook – 3 Diamonds, 16 Gold, 11 Silver, 16 n/a

Ready to Heat – 9 Gold, 9 Silver, 17 n/a

The Scotch Butchers Club kindly put up £500 prizes in for the best Beef, best Lamb and best Pork products. The winning products will be announced at the Meat Trades Fair in Perth on Sunday 8th May.
