Meet the Supplier event with Connoisseurs Scotland

Scotland Food & Drink is pleased to offer an excellent opportunity to present your products to chefs and decision makers from the Connoisseurs Scotland group of luxury hotels.

The day will include:

• Overview of Connoisseurs Scotland group
• Case studies from hotels on sourcing policies and how to become a supplier
• Experiencing Scotland – key findings from the project showing that by offering and promoting Scottish produce, operators can raise their profile, grow their business and deliver a better customer experience
• Producer showcase – companies will be given a table displaying their products, with samples for tasting. Chefs/buyers will visit the producer for a short, speed-dating style meeting
• Networking lunch
