'Porktober' Promotion & Marketing Plan

Mark Turnbull, Turnbulls Food Hall, Alnwick presented “The Secret Silver Bullet to Grow Your Business” The 7 habits of highly successful retailers at the regional meetings. Mark provided the attached Promotion and Marketing Plan to encourage members to maximise sales of locally sourced pork and pork products during the month of October.
