Employment Law Changes for April 2024 – A Summary for Employers

Each April new rules for employment law are introduced and employers should ensure they incorporate the changes to avoid any penalties or potential tribunal action against them.
This year sees increases to the national minimum and national living wages, as well as an increase to the maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal cases at an employment tribunal. We outline the key changes for you here.
