North of Scotland Regional Meeting

The next SFMTA Regional meeting for the North of Scotland will be held concurrently with the North of Scotland heats of both the Scottish Black Pudding Championship, sponsored by Dalziel Ltd and the Scottish Beef Sausage Championship, sponsored by Lucas Ingredients.

While the products are being judged there will be presentations from corporate members TPS Scotland, Paragon Products and Scotweigh. Ahead of the announcement of the winners, the Craft Butcher Awards for Lamb Products and Gluten Free Meat Products will also be presented.
