Piri Piri Pork Sausage

The winner was asked to submit their recipes so that all SFMTA members could make these products. The sausages were subsequently photographed and made into posters.

This sausage was made with Lucas Cracked Black Pepper Sausage mix using recipe for pork and replacing water with Verstegen Piri Piri Sauce.
