This October the SFMTA Regional meetings will be full of interesting content.
At these meetings we will have presentations from:-

Mike Winrow from Dalziel Ltd
Sauce-it new innovations for butchers to stand out in the crowd?
Mike will be introducing the New World spice range and some sauces and marinades. He will just be back from a visit to Verstegen in Rotterdam so we can expect to see the latest new product ideas.

Speciality Sausage Evaluation
At these meetings, McAusland Crawford will attend to present the awards from the Sliced Sausage competition and Judith Johnston from Lucas for the awards from the evaluation for Speciality Sliced Sausage presentations.

McDonnell's Representative, John Gallagher will have a stand and will be featuring the following in his presentation.
