Robertson, Broughty Ferry – May 2011

The premises were transformed two owners back by David Craig who had a vision for an independent food emporium with a café/restaurant incorporated. He created a palatial food hall, offering everything that was good about quality Scottish fare and that has been continued by the current owner F J Esposito Ltd. The new management come from a catering background having been in charge of the café and takeaway at Ninewells Hospital for the last thirty years.
