Scotland Food & Drink aims to provide leadership and strategic thinking however they also have a key role to play in encouraging people and businesses to work together to help achieve their industry vision of becoming internationally know as 'The Land of Food & Drink'.
Conference was chaired by Kirsty Wark who made mention of Stornoway Black Pudding in her introduction about quality food.
