Scotland's Conference for Private and Social Enterprise was held inj February 2009, there were some good speakers at the event but for those who were not able to attend, below is a link to the morning sessions which you may find of interest.

Charan Gill who developed the Ashoka Restaurants and Shaks is worth listening to at 14 minutes into the video. Later on there is a very interesting talk by the young founder of Stoats Porridge Bars at about 1 hour 17 minutes into the video.
