During the Scottish Food Fortnight Scotland's Craft Butchers will be raising the profile of the quality produce that is on offer at your local butcher.
The Scottish Federation of Meat Traders are distributing point of sale material to the 440 shops in their membership to connect with the theme of the fortnight and also the Eat Scottish Venison Day on Friday 4thSeptember.
