Shortbread

SHORTBREAD

5oz Butter
4 oz Stork Margarine (In tub)
(says perfect for cakes on lid)
6oz Caster Sugar
13oz Plain Flour
1oz Self Raising Flour
1oz Cornflour

Method
Cream fats and sugar, add flours and mix well.

Place in tins.

Cook 35 – 40mins Reg 3 (Fan oven 150) or (350 ordinary)

Makes 4 rounds or 30- 40 fingers which should be cut up before it gets cold.
