In addition to supplying traditional butchery products, we at Donaldsons specialise in our own cured and smoked bacon & hams, sausages & puddings, and smoked Orkney farmed beef and salmon, all of which have won national awards. Our Hot Smoked Salmon won the prestigious Great Taste Golden Fork Award in 2012; the pâté that we make with it won 2 Great Taste stars in 2025 along with our Spiced Orkney Beef, and our traditional Orkney Haggis has won multiple national awards and accolades over the years! When we are not busy getting heaped with awards for our excellent haggis and smoked products, our team are preparing fantastic home-cooking style microwave ready meals and restaurant quality oven-ready meals for residents and visitors alike to enjoy! There are also lots of delicious baked and ready-to-eat products on our shelves every day, including pies, sausage rolls, scotch eggs, and freshly made sandwiches. We also have a range of Gluten Free products, including haggis, sausages, and burgers; so, you need not miss out!
