Who Can Enter?
- Apprentice butchers
- Young butchers under 35 – training or working in the meat trade
What You’ll Need to Submit:
- A product spec sheet (photos, ingredients, allergens, prep instructions)
- A costing sheet (ingredient cost, pricing, and margin)
- Marketing material (poster, flyer, or even a TikTok-style reel)
- A short presentation for your regional showcase – if you make it through to the SCB meeting
