15/04/16: Five star service is guaranteed at a Bathgate butchers after five members of staff achieve customer service qualifications.

15/05/14: Daniel Earl, (17) of Dumfries is one of 900 food and drink employees hoping to complete a Modern Apprenticeship in Scotland each year.
09/02/16: The 24 year old achieved the highest industry award just six years after leaving Dunblane High School.
02/02/16: Having been employed by John M Munro, Daniel was enrolled on to a Level Two Modern Apprenticeship (MA) in Food and Drink Butchery Skills and achieved that after 18 months.
15/11/13: Jurgens Joubert, who works with Shetland Islands butcher J and K Anderson won the Level 3 Modern Apprentice of the Year category at the national awards.
